Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using meinamix.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what the Site offers

MeinaMix (“we”, “us”, or “our”) runs an informational website about MeinaMix, a community Stable Diffusion 1.5 checkpoint merge by creator Meina.

The Site currently provides:

  • educational pages about MeinaMix
  • a blog
  • links to third-party model pages and communities (for example Civitai)
  • a /playground page that embeds third-party demos for trial image generation in the browser

The Site does not currently provide:

  • user accounts or logins
  • paid subscriptions or generation credits
  • direct hosting/sale of model weight downloads from our own store

Browsing this Site does not transfer ownership of any third-party model files to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

3. License to use the Site

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for personal or internal informational purposes, under these Terms.

You may not:

  • overload, scrape in an abusive way, or disrupt the Site
  • try to break into our systems
  • reverse engineer non-public parts of the Site except where the law allows
  • use the Site to break the law or harm other people’s rights

4. Third-party playground and external services

4.1 Playground embeds

Playground can load third-party demos (tab switch on the page).

Those demos are run by third parties. If you use them:

  • the demo operator’s terms and privacy rules also apply
  • prompts, uploads, and outputs are processed on systems we do not control
  • a demo may be slow, offline, changed, or blocked from embedding at any time
  • we do not promise quality, safety, uniqueness, or uptime of third-party results

4.2 Model files and licenses

MeinaMix and related files are published by their authors (for example on Civitai) under their own licenses. Downloading and using those files is between you and the rights holders. Always read the model card and license before commercial use.

4.3 Other links

External links are for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party sites or tools.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, Playground, or linked generation tools, you agree not to:

  • create or seek child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors (real or fictional)
  • violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • create unlawful content under applicable law
  • make non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful deepfakes, harassment, or threats
  • attack or abuse infrastructure (ours or third parties’)

We may block access or refuse support when we believe these rules are broken.

6. Content on the Site

Guides and blog posts are for education. AI models and demos change. Settings and results may differ on your machine.

Landing images and samples shown on the Site may come from public author galleries or similar public sources and are used for illustration. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • third-party playgrounds will work
  • any generated image will be accurate, safe, or suitable for your purpose

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MeinaMix AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY TOOLS LINKED OR EMBEDDED HERE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (CURRENTLY TYPICALLY $0) OR (B) USD $50, IF SUCH A CAP IS ENFORCEABLE WHERE YOU LIVE.

Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent allowed where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date / lastModified field will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
